Meet your instructor

Talking about feelings wasn't always easy. I didn't grow up in a culture or family that spoke openly about feelings. In an immigrant family - everything was about working hard, putting your own desires behind the family's needs and avoiding vulnerability.

So when I stumbled into the mental health field and started working with other people, I realized that I didn't know how to be comfortable with emotions and have meaningful conversations.

But through years of experience as a licensed therapist and a leadership/executive coach, I've developed a specialized skillset that’s helped me effectively handle hard conversations, both personally and professionally, while staying true to my own values.

Including conversations with my family, with bosses, executives, negotiations with vendors and government agencies, and even hard conversations with close friends.

I learned that deep, emotional conversations with other people isn't something to avoid - it's the foundation for building deeper relationships.

And I’ve helped people learn how to set boundaries, assert themselves confidently, and get the outcomes they've been looking for - both in their personal and professional lives.

With this course, you'll gain the same tools to manage challenging emotions, overcome resistance, and move conversations forward.

What’s in the course:

  • ·My TRUST framework to help you prepare for and confidently facilitate hard conversations in all settings.
  • Carefully crafted psychological principles and techniques to address the most challenging conversations and behaviors with empathy.
  • Demonstrations of common scenarios with how NOT to approach the conversation and more effective ways to facilitate the conversation.
  • A companion workbook with exercises, templates, and scripts to guide you through the process.

This 3.5-hour course is a series of pre-recorded videos and activities. It also includes 1:1 coaching with myself
